I'm a current Spruce customer. How do I send my referral link to colleagues?
Current Spruce customers (on any plan) can log in to their Spruce account on desktop or mobile, and navigate to Settings > Referral Program to find their unique referral link. Copy your unique referral link and share it with your friends or colleagues. You can refer Spruce to any colleague who is not a current Spruce customer that can benefit from our HIPAA-grade phone, texting, faxing, and telemedicine platform.
How do I earn $24 in Spruce Credit?
Current Spruce customers (on any plan) can earn $24 per referral by inviting colleagues to sign up for Spruce with their unique referral link. Your referral will receive a $24 Spruce account credit immediately when they sign up for a paid subscription plan with your referral link. You will receive $24 in Spruce account credit when your referral pays their first Spruce bill. These credits will be automatically applied towards your Spruce account bill. There is no limit to the amount of Spruce credit that you can earn! You may refer as many colleagues as you like. Learn more in our Help Center.
How can I track the status of my referrals?
Log in to your Spruce account, and navigate to Settings > Referral Program. Look for the Referral Activity section, which will reflect your pending and earned referral credits. Please note that the time period to earn referral credits can vary based on your referral's selected plan, use of promo codes, and other contributing factors.
Will I still get credit if my referral signs up with a different email address?
Yes! As long as they sign up for a Spruce account using your referral link, you'll earn referral credit. They don't need to use the same email address that you sent the invite to.
My referral forgot to use my referral link. Is there a way to track it back to my account?
Please contact Spruce support within 14 days of the referral to attach it to your account.
I'm a new Spruce customer. How do I use a referral link to sign up and earn $24?
To use a referral link, click the link and sign up for a Spruce account in a web browser on your desktop computer or mobile device. Select a Spruce plan in Settings > Billing and check out. Your $24 referral credit will be displayed under the "Monthly Payment Summary" on the check out page. After your check out, you will receive an email confirming the referral credit. When your subscription starts, you will receive an email with your invoice and the $24 credit applied to your bill. If you signed up for a new account and checked out, but do not see the referral credit on your invoice, please contact Spruce within 14 days to apply the referral credit.
How is my bill determined? What counts as a user on Spruce?
Spruce is priced per user, per month. A user is any teammate you have added to your Spruce organization. Generally, this will include all clinicians, staff, and other employees (but not your patients). Spruce is not priced by number of phone lines or amount of feature usage. All users in a single organization must be on the same billing plan.
Example: A clinic with 3 physicians, 2 nurses, 1 front-desk assistant, and 1 virtual assistant will have 7 total users on Spruce, all on the same plan and with the same cost per user.
Whenever you add or remove a teammate on Spruce, your bill will automatically increase or decrease to reflect the change.
